Terms of use
If you're a customer of one of our providers, you don't need to do anything—just enjoy the service. One thing
worth highlighting: we strictly delete all your personal data once it’s no longer relevant, simply because we
value privacy and aim to save storage space. We only collect the minimal set of data necessary to operate the
service, and we have no intention of becoming a treasure trove of personal information attractive to hackers.
At boobooking.com, as a provider you start with a completely free initial period. During this time,
you can explore, configure, and fine-tune your application settings without any fees. After this setup and
testing phase, a small monthly fee in EUR will be charged by default to cover server
maintenance and related costs. This payment will be handled directly through the application’s admin interface.
We believe in transparency. This is all you need to know about our agreement — no hidden terms, no unrealistic
promises. If you enjoy using our app, we simply ask for respectful cooperation going forward.
We also reserve the right to terminate the cooperation at any time, without prior notice or justification or any reasoning.
Intellectual property.
(a) The Service and everything SPOCONT Ltd. created to provide it — the software, its source code, object code and documentation, the API and integration documentation, schemas and tool definitions — are the exclusive intellectual property of SPOCONT Ltd., which holds all economic copyright in them. The integration documentation is confidential and contains business secrets.
(b) For the term of your subscription or use, SPOCONT Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence, limited to that term, to use the Service for your own activity through its published interfaces; it gives you no other right to the software.
(c) Software you build on the integration documentation is yours, but you may use it only within your own activity and for the purpose of these Terms; you may not make the documentation, or any part of the Service, available to third parties, or publish or distribute it.
(d) You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or systematically extract the Service, its rules or its outputs in order to reproduce or replace it.
(e) Only the current version of the Service may be used. SPOCONT Ltd. supports, maintains and fixes only its own, unmodified Service, does not warrant that it is error-free, and accepts no liability for faults or damage caused by software you have modified or connected to it.
Your own content as a provider — service names, descriptions, images and your customers' data — remains yours; the booking application, its interface and its MCP server belong to SPOCONT Ltd.
